SIXT employees enable circus experience for disadvantaged children

SIXT colleagues from the Mannheim region exchanged their usual daily work routine at the SIXT station for a DRYING LITTLE TEARS Day and organized an unforgettable visit to Circus Krone for children and young people from the Kinder- und Jugendhilfezentrums Wespinstift (Children and Youth Support Center Wespinstift). The traditional institution, which has been offering diverse support services for children, young people and their families since 1889, was able to provide an extraordinary experience for those in their care through this initiative.

The young visitors experienced spectacular acrobatics, artistry and circus magic up close. The artists' daredevil aerial acts in particular created great excitement and sparkling children's eyes. For many of the children, it was their first visit to a circus – an experience that opened new perspectives for them and created precious memories.

"We often talk about mobility and experiences, but today we simply lived it. When the performers flew through the air, the children's eyes were so wide, I won't forget that anytime soon," reports Samir El Hammari, Senior Area Director at SIXT. The commitment of SIXT employees shows how personal dedication can bring joy and new experiences to children in difficult life situations.
