The SIXT Austria team used their DRYING LITTLE TEARS Day to help the Sterntalerhof with a comprehensive work effort. The Sterntalerhof is a special hospice for children and families that accompanies life-threateningly ill children and their relatives on their difficult journey in a protected, natural atmosphere. The facility gives children a today whose tomorrow is uncertain, and offers families professional life, death and grief counselling through an experienced interdisciplinary team.

The SIXT employees rolled up their sleeves and worked at various locations throughout the entire facility. Through their voluntary commitment, they helped maintain and beautify the premises and outdoor areas. This support is invaluable for the Sterntalerhof, as it allows more resources to be available for the actual care work. The children and families benefit directly from the improved facilities and well-maintained environment, which can provide them with security and comfort during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
