For Halloween, our SIXT employees from the Fort Lauderdale headquarters hosted a "Trunk or Treat" drive for children from their long-standing community partner organization Kids In Distress, Inc (KID). KID is a non-profit organization in South Florida that works to prevent child abuse, preserve families and treat children who have experienced trauma. 

The event included two entertaining Halloween parades: one in the morning for pre-school children and one in the afternoon for children in the afternoon program. The kids showed off their favorite costumes while the SIXT team kept the Halloween spirit alive with a spooky playlist, an exuberant dance party and lots of good cheer. The volunteers handed out goodie bags with sweets, snacks and small toys, helping to make this day extra special for children who may not always have the opportunity to celebrate.
