A Blooming Garden for the Kindergarten, Thanks to the SIXT CRM Team

As part of a DRYING LITTLE TEARS Day, the CRM team of Sixt SE visited the Integrative Johanniter Kindergarten in Neufahrn. In cooperation with the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V., the team transformed a neglected garden into a small green paradise: strawberry plants, tomatoes, freshly blooming flowers and plenty of gardening tools – plus an orange garden gnome that quickly became the unofficial mascot of the day.

Not even the weather could dampen the team's spirit. Supported by a warm breakfast and a shared lunch provided by the Johanniter team, everyone was soon hard at work – side by side with the children, who acted as the strictest quality inspectors on site, making sure not a single weed was overlooked.

"Not every journey is digital. Some end with muddy shoes, a full heart, and a garden that feels a little more alive than before," shared one team member. The DRYING LITTLE TEARS Day gave Sixt employees the opportunity to make a direct difference for children in their region – and to experience how teamwork can create something tangible: a garden full of tomatoes, basil and strawberries, waiting for small hands.
