SIXT employees regularly cook as a team in the Ronald McDonalds houses in Großhadern and at the German Heart Center in Munich. Cooking skills are put to the test with a lot of fun on the common evening and cooked for up to 40 parents and siblings. They live in the houses while their sick children are treated in the clinics nearby. The evenings offer them an opportunity to escape from everyday life, even if only for a short time. Menus adapted to the season are conjured up under creative mottos "Summer Pleasures" or "Bow & Soul". In a relaxed atmosphere, the SIXT employees then serve the menus to the families and after cleaning up, you can end the evening together.

The cooking evenings are a popular event that SIXT employees like to take part in: "Our guests for the evening enjoyed it very much and at the end of the day we were satisfied and happy that we not only put a tasty menu on the table, but also that we were able to put a smile on the parents' faces and give them a carefree evening. We all literally worked up a sweat, but the joy and gratitude of the parents made us forget that very quickly.”
