Extension for day clinic for pediatric oncology

Pediatric oncology in Lome is the only one of its kind in the African state of Togo that treats cancer in children. Because of this, parents travel to Lome with their children from all over the country and often cannot afford to continue therapy. Therefore we supported the expansion of the newly created day clinic with our donation. A living and relaxation area was created for the families of the sick children, with a kitchen and bathroom, in order to continue the treatment as well as possible. In addition, a play area was set up for the sick children, as well as an outdoor play area.
