The children of the Purzelbaum kindergarten can look forward to the new exercise-promoting playground. Especially at the age of 1-5 years, there are often developmental delays in various areas of development that affect movement, motor skills and coordination. The new climbing tower with a wooden slide helps here, so that height and depth perception can improve and the training of one's own body awareness takes place. With the slide, children can also experience speed and experience being able to slow it down.
The children can not only let off steam on the new playground, but also learn in a playful way how to avoid tripping and how to solve problems such as sitting up straight. A special feature of the project was the involvement of the parents in the construction of the willow house and the willow tunnel. In order to support children with developmental delays, a good dialogue between the educational staff and the parents is helpful. For this reason, the inclusion of the parents in the day-to-day organization of the day-care center made sense for the constructive organization of parental work.
