Regine Sixt Kinderhilfe supported the construction of a kindergarten in cooperation with the Dariu Foundation in Vinh Long, Vietnam. The construction made it possible to provide care for a total of 120 children and at the same time improve access to education. Access to local kindergartens provides parents with better employment opportunities and thus more income, as they do not have to take care for their children during the day. And it also gives children better access to education and better nutrition. The kindergarten opened in mid-November 2012.
