The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation team not only supports partners from their desks. We get to know partners during project visits or lend a hand ourselves when help is needed. In summer temperatures, the team supported the inclusive school camp Wartaweil in Herrsching am Ammersee in preparing for the anniversary celebrations. As part of the DRYING LITTLE TEARS Day, urgently needed work was carried out on the extensive site despite the scorching heat. Flower beds were cleared, hedges trimmed, sand pits filled, patios cleaned and ivy removed from walls. The work was rewarded with a cooling dip in the Ammersee. With currently very limited staff and numerous tasks, the school management was very happy about the support!
