In September 2019, the Franchise Operations, Pricing and Quality Team spent this year's Drying Little Tears Day (DLT Day) with 20 people at the Wartaweil school in Herrsching.

For several years now the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation supports the organisation at lake Ammersee. at lake Ammersee. During the DLT Day, SIXT employees beautified the large garden of the facility.

With hoes, spades, rakes and brooms, the helpers worked hard for a whole day. Plants were marked with new name labels made of slate, weeds were removed and the so-called barefoot path for children with and without disabilities was restored. And the team also inspected and improved the "acoustic station" in the park, so that children will have lots of fun and discover a lot in the future.
