Together with over 100 children and their companions from various Munich partner organizations, we visited the world-famous Circus Krone in early February. Among them were children from the Young Refugee Center, Stiftung Startchance, Partnerschaftenverein Pullach, Waisenhaus München, as well as from various institutions via KulturRaum München. Accompanied by Mrs. Regine Sixt and her daughter-in-law Noni Sixt, the children enjoyed an afternoon full of wonder, laughter, and goosebumps at the circus. The children's beaming faces and enthusiastic applause showed just how special this afternoon was for everyone involved.
Regine Sixt shares a long-standing partnership and personal friendship with the Lacey-Krone family. That made it all the more joyful for her to give so many children this unique cultural experience. "Being gathered under the circus tent, seeing the children at the edge of the ring and feeling their joy makes this day very special for me. Time at the circus means above all family time: laughing together, marveling, and experiencing unforgettable moments. A big thank you goes to my daughter-in-law Noni, who, like my daughter-in-law Andrea, stands by my side for our foundation's projects," says Regine Sixt.
