For the donation receipt with the German Tax Office please note the following:
Donations to the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation are tax-deductible according to Section 10 b Para. 4 EStG.
By confirmation from the Munich Corporation Tax Office, tax number 143/235/67299 in accordance with Section 5 Para. 1 Clause 9 KStG (corporation tax law) it is exempt from the corporation. According to the submitted statutes, it serves exclusively and directly tax-privileged charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 51 et seqq. of the Tax Code (AO).
For donations up to 300 Euro, you can download the simplified donation receipt here. To do this, please print out the simplified donation receipt and enclose it with your tax return together with a copy of your bank statement. Keep this certificate together with the booking confirmation from your bank. The booking confirmation must show your name and the account number or other identifying feature and the name of the foundation as the recipient, the amount, the booking date and the actual execution of the payment.
For donations over 300 Euro, a donation receipt will be sent to you by post. You have provided your complete address in the previous form. In rare cases, the donor's address is not sent to us in full by the commissioned bank. Should you not receive a donation receipt at the beginning of the following year after your transfer, you can send it to us by E-mail or contact us by phone +49 89 74444 6144 .
