We are delighted that the project close to the heart of SIXT employee Farin T. has been successfully implemented. Together with the project partner "Wings for Afghanistan e.V.", the project idea "Food at Schools" was supported. The project aims to combat hunger in children. The school serves as a place of protection against violence and child labor and promotes education in the country.
Thanks to the donation from the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation, food was distributed to 200 students every day for almost two months. In addition, heaters, carpets and wood were purchased for the school so that the school could also be used in winter.
