The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS supported the renovation of bathrooms in four family apartments in the Centro Familiar "El Pozo" emergency accommodation and thus created dignified living conditions for the affected children and their parents.
The family emergency accommodation takes in families with minor children who find themselves in extremely precarious situations. Here they receive temporary protection and professional care until they have created the necessary conditions for independent living. Through the bathroom renovation, the children can now live in a clean, hygienic environment, which is essential for their healthy development.
The partner organization Fundación Mensajeros de la Paz has been committed for years to the social integration of disadvantaged population groups, with a special focus on children. Through comprehensive care projects like the Centro Familiar "El Pozo", families receive not only safe accommodation, but also the support they need to get back on their feet and provide their children with a better future.
