The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation has had a long-standing partnership with Atemzeit Haus. Critically ill children and children with disabilities are cared for intensively in the house. Parents and relatives can learn the handling and routine here in order to cope with the difficult everyday life.
In order that all of the children's senses can be reached via individual communication levels and they learn to feel and understand their environment, we have donated a light box with additional learning material, a training device with which educational support for visually impaired children is possible. In addition, positioning aids were donated, such as children's side sleeper pillows for seriously ill children.
