The different needs of heterogeneous groups require a differentiated educational offering for play and discovery. Thanks to our funding, our partner was able to purchase a motor skills wall, outdoor play boards, outdoor mirrors and a new set of seats with an awning. These offer a wide range of play, learning and exercise opportunities for the children at the care home. This not only promotes individual development, but also social interaction and shared experiences and learning. The Pflegenest run by Stiftung Finneck, a regional provider of assistance for the disabled, child and youth welfare and educational facilities, is a residential and care facility for children with and without disabilities. It also serves as a shelter for children in emergency and crisis situations.
