The expansion of access was supported in 26 school facilities. These are now barrier-free and child-friendly so that all children can participate in school life. The facilities are in rural areas of Kenya, including one in Kakuma, three in Kalobeyei and 21 others in the region. The aim is to create an inclusive and accessible learning environment through ramps, adapted door openers, handrails and barrier-free sanitary facilities.
