Munich, July 15, 2025 - The renowned construction company LEONHARD WEISS and the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS are pleased about the renewed important charitable cooperation. As part of the cooperation, LEONHARD WEISS, together with the foundation of entrepreneur Regine Sixt, handed over a donation check in the amount of 19,750 euros and 16,676 euros to the Johanniter day care center in Burlafingen and the Wartaweil school hostel in Herrsching. The ceremonial handover of the check took place at both facilities on July 15, 2025.

The family-owned company has extensive expertise, state-of-the-art technologies and attaches great importance to sustainability - not just since yesterday, but for 125 years now. LEONHARD WEISS is continuing its commitment to support local institutions and children's facilities together with the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation. The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation supplements the generous funding amount and the employees of SIXT SE support both projects with corporate volunteering assignments in order to implement the sponsored areas.
Thanks to the generous support from LEONHARD WEISS and the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation, important innovations can now be implemented in both institutions. In Burlafingen, a mud facility has been installed in the garden and the functional interior has been expanded, while in Herrsching the money will be used to transform the herb garden into an outdoor classroom.
The official handover of the check took place on July 15, 2025 in the presence of Alexander Weiss and Ralf Schmidt, both partners and managing directors of LEONHARD WEISS, as well as representatives of the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation, SIXT SE and the two beneficiary institutions.
