The kindergarten children of the Dominik-Brunner-Haus experienced a very special day at the horse fair. The Regine Sixt Children’s Aid Foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS invited the children to visit and for many it was the first time that they were able to see a real horse.
The children were greeted by SIXT employees with gym bags full of presents. In the show arena, while people were waiting for the horses, there was a lot of joy about the caps, DRYING LITTLE TEARS polo shirts, sweets and other little things.
The children were totally enthusiastic about the many different horses in the show, there were not only very small ponies but also very large Shire horses. Even if the children were shy at first, there was no stopping them for a short time when they were allowed to pet the show horses. Everyone wanted to be brave enough to pet a big horse.
After a short break with French fries, we went straight to Kinderland and with the biggest surprise for everyone! Each child was allowed to ride a pony once. A special experience that they will talk about for a long time. As a farewell, the children sang a thank you song for the SIXT employees and a very special thank you for the invitation to this great day went to Regine Sixt.
