The Kennedy Donovan Center (KDC) is one of the largest social institutions in Massachusetts, USA, with various locations. It offers education, healthcare, and day schools for children with developmental disabilities and family problems. Every year it takes care of 4,300 children under the age of three. The KDC aims to expand its service to New Bedford, Southeast Massachusetts, and has already bought a large historic building, which must now be restored. The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation took on financing the Foster Care Suite at the Kennedy Donovan Center as part of the renovations.
