Barrier-free playing. The St. Jacques pediatric center run by the Malteser in Roquetaillade, France, is for physically disadvantaged children and adolescents under 17 years of age, who suffer from serious injuries such as burns. The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation supported the construction of a playground for disabled children as part of the renovation of the entire building. This new, accessible playground allows children to forget their health problems for a moment. In addition, it provides families the opportunity to meet in a neutral and pleasant atmosphere.
