This year, SIXT Poland was once again fully committed to helping children in need and organized two initiatives for the benefit of the Polish foundation "Na Ratunek Dzieciom z Chorobą Nowotworową" (The Saving Kids with Cancer Foundation). 

In September, numerous SIXT employees once again took part in the so-called "Rakreaton". Rakreaton is a nationwide sports and charity campaign that is open to anyone who enjoys sport, whether they prefer running, walking, cycling or simply counting their steps. This year, 58 colleagues took part and covered 10,406 kilometers in 30 days. Every kilometer was converted into a donation for the Saving Kids with Cancer Foundation.

SIXT Poland's annual charity auction, the proceeds of which go entirely to the foundation's initiatives, also took place once again. Employees donated a variety of items, including handmade works of art, services and experiences. SIXT partners also took part. Thanks to the generous donations, over PLN 30,000 was raised for the Saving Kids with Cancer Foundation at last year's auction.
