We are delighted that numerous SIXT franchise countries have once again participated in the 2024 Initiative Marathon. Employees in all SIXT countries are actively supporting the foundation by helping children. The global SIXT family is deeply committed, especially to the Initiative Marathon on the occasion of World Children's Day.

We would like to highlight the commitment of some of our franchise countries, which have initiated various wonderful CSR activities for children around the world:

SIXT Lithuania organized a visit for children from a Malteser daycare center to the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre in Vilnius to see "Alice in Wonderland." Employees also redesigned a Malteser daycare center in Kaunas, creating a cozy and inspiring recreational space.

SIXT Latvia gave children a carefree day at a family park.

SIXT Finland was delighted to fulfill Eetu's wish. Eetu, who suffers from a rare lymphatic disease, was able to visit a Santa Claus village with his family thanks to a minibus provided by SIXT.

SIXT Croatia organized a zoo trip for children from an orphanage in Zagreb.

„Weihnachten mit einem Lächeln“ lautete das Motto von SIXT Trinidad und Tobago, wo Kinder zum bunten und fröhlichen Weihnachtsfest eingeladen wurden. Vor Ort gab es Zauber zu bestaunen und Spielstationen.

In Hungary, SIXT employees supported the "Adopt a Kindergarten!" initiative to brighten up Christmas and everyday life for disadvantaged children.
