The Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS develops and implements projects in the areas of education, health, welfare and emergency aid.<\/p>\n

It is supported by SIXT employees in 110 countries on an honorary basis and works nationally and internationally to fight poverty and promote education. To this end, the foundation supports facilities for the all-day care of children as well as educational and vocational preparation facilities. The commitment to improving medical care for children is intended to increase their chances in life and enable them to develop healthily into adulthood.<\/p>\n

The children's charity was founded in 2000 by Regine Sixt as Regine Sixt Kinderhilfe e.V. in Pullach, Germany. In 2011, it was converted into a non-profit foundation under civil law.<\/p>\n

Regine Sixt named her foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS because of a multitude of events in which she was able to provide helpful support. It began with the help of Chernobyl children suffering from leukaemia. This was followed by projects in Gabon, Ecuador, Tanzania and South Africa.<\/p>\n

Today, the foundation is the official Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of SIXT SE and an integral part of the SIXT corporate culture.<\/p>\n

SIXT employees worldwide are involved in DRYING LITTLE TEARS and are committed to a wide variety of projects at all sites. By creating a DRYING LITTLE TEARS Day, the company gives its employees the opportunity to spend an entire day for the children once a year.<\/p>\n

Not least because of this, the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation has supported more than 440 projects in over 70 countries in cooperation with the SIXT corporate and SIXT franchise countries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
