Security and protection of your personal data<\/strong>

Restriction of processing<\/strong>
\u201cRestriction of processing\u201d is the marking of personal data stored with the aim of limiting its future processing.<\/p>

Pseudonymisation<\/strong>
\u201cPseudonymisation\u201d means the processing of personal data in such a way that the personal data can no longer be assigned to a specific data subject without additional information being provided, as long as such additional information is kept separate and subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data cannot be assigned to an identified or identifiable natural person.<\/p>

File system<\/strong>
\u201cFile system\u201d means any structured collection of personal data accessible by specific criteria, whether that collection is centralised, decentralised or organised according to functional or geographical considerations.<\/p>

Controller<\/strong>
\"controller\" means a natural or legal person, authority, body, agency or other body which alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are specified by Union law or the law of the Member States, the controller or certain criteria for his appointment may be laid down in accordance with Union law or the law of the Member States.<\/p>

Processor<\/strong>
Processor\n\"processor\" means a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body processing personal data on behalf of the data controller.\u2028<\/p>

Recipient<\/b>
\"Recipient\" means a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body to which personal data is disclosed, whether or not it is a third party. However, authorities which may receive personal data under Union law or the law of the Member States under a particular investigation mandate shall not be considered recipients; the processing of such data by the said authorities shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection rules in accordance with the purposes of the processing.<\/p>

\"third party\" means a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body, other than the data subject, the data controller, the data processor and the persons authorised to process the personal data under the direct responsibility of the data responsible or the data processor.<\/p>

Consent<\/strong>
Data subject's \"consent\" means any voluntary declaration of intent in the specific case, in an informed and unequivocal manner, in the form of a declaration or other clear affirmative act with which the data subject indicates that he or she agrees to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.<\/p>

Legality of processing<\/strong>
The processing of personal data is only legal if there is a legal basis for the processing. Under Article 6(1)(a) - (f) DSGVO, the legal basis for processing may in particular be:<\/p>
