Two more classrooms for a primary school

A school visit used to be a privilege reserved for only a few pupils in Kenya. This situation did not improve until the government fulfilled its election promise in 2003 and abolished the school fees for primary schools. For the first time, it provided access to education for children from poorer families. But investment in the education sector did not materialize.

In order to give as many children as possible access to the school, the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation financed the construction of two additional classrooms in Loitokitok, Kenya.
