The MANNA Maria day care center in Berlin was reopened in July 2022 in a renovated old villa. Only then could the available garden sections around the building be prepared for the children. Here, the Regine Sixt Children’s Aid Foundation DRYING LITTLE TEARS supported designing the area for children in the age group of around 1.5 to 2.5 years. There is a lack of age-appropriate play equipment and employment opportunities for the children. In the meantime, they are happy about the new climbing tower with a slide, a wooden toy car and various functional walls that help them learn motor skills.
